What you'll get:
- Access to private in home 1:1 physical therapy and postpartum coaching 3x/month for a full 12 months, 36 visits total
- messaging support as needed between sessions for 12 months
- Telehealth on request
- Communication with your healthcare team as needed
Sessions are 45-60 mins based on what you need that day. All first visits are 60 minutes
